01 — The service
Where these terms apply
These terms cover lapausecafecroissant.fr and the La Pause Café Croissant mobile app, published under the name Bunt Podcast. They provide podcasts, transcripts, exercises and tools for learning French. Their content is for learning and practice, not a level certification.
By using the service, you agree to these terms. You may stop using the website and uninstall the app at any time. Account deletion and subscription cancellation have separate steps below.
02 — Account
An account for syncing
You can use the free app as a guest. An Apple or Google account is required to sync data across devices and subscribe to Plus. You are responsible for access to that account and your app session.
Do not bypass service limits, disrupt the service or access another person's data. Only include content you are allowed to share in flashcard decks that you share with others.
03 — Subscriptions
La Pause Plus
Plus is available as an automatically renewing monthly or annual subscription through the App Store or Google Play. Your local price, billing period and any eligible trial are displayed by the store before you confirm. A free trial is not guaranteed.
The store used for your purchase handles payment, renewals, cancellation and refunds under its rules. Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. To stop renewal, use that store's subscription settings. Plus access ends when the store and our system confirm that your entitlement has ended.
You can restore purchases in the app using the original app account. A purchase linked to another account is not transferred automatically. If you cannot recover that account, contact us before subscribing again.
04 — Content
Personal use
The podcasts, text, audio, illustrations and exercises supplied by the service are for your personal use. Accessing or downloading an episode in the app does not transfer rights in that content to you. Redistribution or commercial use without permission is not allowed.
You retain your rights in flashcards and text you create. You allow us to store and sync them and, when you choose to share them, make them available to people with the link for its stated lifetime.
05 — Operation
Service availability
We maintain the service and may correct, change or remove content for editorial, technical or rights-related reasons. Some features require an internet connection. Content explicitly downloaded in the app is available under the rights and limits explained there. Maintenance or incidents may cause temporary interruptions.
06 — Your data
Account deletion
You can request deletion of your account and synced data in the app settings. Read our privacy policy for details about personal data and your rights. Cancel a subscription separately in the App Store or Google Play.
